Build the Next Generation
of Embedded Devices

μForge.io is an open-source development platform for innovative semiconductor solutions, beginning with SiFli's SF32 family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers. From silicon and modules to development boards, SDKs, documentation, and production-ready reference designs, μForge.io brings the full stack together in one place, helping developers take connected, intelligent, and energy-efficient embedded products from idea to production faster and with less friction.

Why Choose SF32?

  • High Performance

Core count and features vary by device: the family ranges from single- to tri-core designs, with Cortex-M33 / STAR-MC1 processing in several families. Cache, FPU, and MPU availability depends on the specific chip and SoC implementation; check the part-level documentation. Selected devices offer up to 64 MB of in-package PSRAM.

  • Bluetooth Connectivity

Modes and features vary by family and part. Depending on the device, support includes Bluetooth Classic and LE, LE Audio, and long-range PHY. Check the chip page for exact capabilities.

  • Graphics Acceleration

2D / 2.5D GPU, LCD controllers, and LVGL support enable rich, smooth graphical interfaces. Across the family, supported interfaces include MIPI, RGB, QSPI, 8080, JDI, and EPD, with resolutions up to 1280 × 720.

  • Audio Subsystem

Audio capabilities vary by family and part; supported devices offer analog audio, I²S, PDM, and hardware-assisted digital audio processing.

  • AI Acceleration

Selected SF32 devices integrate neural-network acceleration for TinyML and other edge-inference workloads.

  • Ultra-Low Power

Advanced power management architecture optimized for battery-powered and always-on devices.
